- Course objectives
- This subjekt containing indirectly linked to the teaching of criminal law substantive and procedural taught in the VI.- VIII. semester. Its content is not the repetition of the seminar of theoretical knowledge based on existing legislation, although should be stressed that such knowledge will build teaching and which will be based. In this framework will be to link theory and practice to a higher level of engagement and deeper than offering a basic training seminar. The aim of the course is to give students hands-on preview at the activity of law enforcement. It should help them understand the application of criminal law to specific cases.

- 1. Selected aspects of pretrial proceedings 2. Organized criminal offences 3. Economic criminal offences and criminal acts againts property 4. Criminal acts againts life and health 5. Trial hearing from the point of view of the judge

- Teaching methods
- The course is based on practical seminars (workshops), which are obligatory. Seminars are based on class discution and presentations by professional in the sectors. All it is done to achieve above mentioned aim. At the end of the course students should be able to have an idea about interpretation and application of criminal law to specific cases, understand it and understand chosen aplication problems in crimal law procedure.

- Course successfully colloquium, provided seminars and a visit to an interview given topic.
