- Course objectives
- The purpose of this course is to provide students with details on the legal regulation of EU internal market and different common policies (competition, tax law, consumer protection, external trade relations etc.), including former second and third EU pillars. Particular attention is paid to the constitutional development (Lisbon Treaty). The basic goal of the course is good orientation of students in the legal regulation of EU activities in different areas.

- Teaching methods
- class discussion, homeworks, reading of court cases.
- Assessment methods
- Participation on seminars is compulsory. The method is the analysis of the case of the Court of justice. Course is closed with multiple choice test in Information System. Minimal requirement: 60% points.
