Course objectives
At the end of the course the student will understand the crucial terms of theory of state and constitutional law; the student will know the structure and functions of modern state; the student will be able to characterise the constitution and constitutional law itself; the student will understand the basics of human rights protection.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to: understand the crucial terms of theory of state and political science; describe the organizational structure of modern state; characterize functions of modern state and political system generally; understand the basics of human rights protection.
