- The aim of this course is to explain selected issues of public law regulation of information technologies.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon successful completion of the course the student shall be able to:
- understand basic concepts of public law regulation of ICT
- analyze and solve particular problems related to eGovernment and eJustice
- analyze and solve particular problems related to cybercrime and electronic evidence
- analyze and solve particular problems related to cybersecurity
- analyze and solve particular problems related to protection of personal data protection online
- analyze and solve particular problems related to public law identification, authentication and authorization

- To successfully complete the course, it is necessary to cumulatively meet the following conditions:
- Active participation in all the seminars (one absence allowed)
- Successful elaboration of more than a half of questionnaires following the lectures
- Preparation of an opinion on given topic and its presentation at the final moot court

- Preparation of two opinions on given topic and its consultation during the exam period
- Preparation of three FIRAC annotations of case law - Language of instruction
