The students are supposed to have attended and passed successfully two semesters of the course in Language II.3. and 4. - French for Lawyers.

A written and oral examination at the end of the two-term course.
Syllabus
  • Topics for examination: Employment Law and Social Security Law, Business Law, Contract, Environmental Law, the United Nations Organisation, European Co-operation, European Union, European Law, Human Rights, Refugee Law, Constitutional System in Switzerland, Constitutional System in Belgium.
Assessment methods (in Czech)
Zkouška písemná - práce s neznámým odborným textem s pomocí slovníku Zkouška ústní - výklad dle výše uvedených odborných témat (konkrétní téma zvoleno losem), terminologická spojení, konverzace /životopis, studium na VŠ/
