- 1. Survey of Czech intellectual property law 2. Basic notions (author`s work, authorship, personal rights, patrimonial rights) 3. Copyright contracts 4. Neighbouring rights I (rights of performers) 5. Neighbouring righs II (rights of producers of phonograms, rights related to broadcasting) 6. International treaties in the field of copyright and neighbouring rights

- Lectures are held for a minimum of 5 students. With smaller number of students attending the course, lectures are replaced with tutorials. Reading list will be given by the course co-ordinator at the fist lecture or tutorial. The examination has a written form. Examination - credit requirements: 1. Semester paper 2. Discussion on the semester paper
