Course objectives
The aim of subject: To acquire of the basic knowledges about of institutes of the general part of criminal law and criminal process law.
Syllabus
  • Concept, functions and basic principles of criminal law (adults and juveniles). Fundamentals of criminal responsibility. The legal consequences of the fundamentals of criminal responsibility (punishments, protective measures, measures). Concept, functions and basic principles of criminal process law / criminal procedure (adults and juveniles).

Esej jako podklad kolokvia: - 10 stran standardního rukopisu - sepsaná na téma zvolené studujícími z programu přednášek, s oporou o základní literaturu učebnicovou a komentáře k zák. č. 140/1961 Sb., č. 141/1961 Sb. a č. 218/2003 Sb., ve znění pozdějších předpisů, - odevzdaná přednášejícímu v TIŠTĚNÉ podobě deset dní před termínem kolokvia, na něž se studující přihlašuje
