Course objectives
The course aims at, in the connection with the general part of Environmental Law, introducing the legal regulation of the different parts of environment. The content of lectures according to the mentioned structure results in the seminars where the theoretical and practical experience of students is exploited in respect of the issues in Environmental Law. The content of the seminars corresponds to the specialization of individual teachers. At the end of this course the student will be able to work with   the sources of environmental law, understand the nature and mission of the subject of environmental law in both the   general and in specific parts of environmental law, to explain its function, set arguments of its merits. Student will be able to create a legal opinion on the basic model   cases designate an authority competent to decide in     such cases and to draw up the necessary legal remedies.

  • Air protection. Water protection. Consumer protection. Forest protection. Protection of Nature and Landscape. Avoiding cruelty to animals. Bees protection. Fishes protection. Gamekeeping and the protection of the environmental. Waste colection scheme. Chemical materials and the protection of the environment. Raw materials exploitation environmental protection. Land protection. Cultural sights protection.
