- At the end of course students should be able to:
-understand and explain the basic terms related to right to life;
-work with information on the solution of a chosen problem;
-create a draft of the protection of right to life (abortion, euthanasia, etc.) - Syllabus
- -The explanation of basic categories: human rights, right to rights;
- The contemporary discourse of right to life;
- The explanation of rights to life in the EU and Czech Law;
- The analyse of contemporary discourse about a)abortion; b) euthanasia;c) assistance of reproduction;d) manipulation of human gen;
- Human rights and the legal interpretation;
- Social rights and right to life;
