- The aim of this course is to explain selected issues of private law regulation of information and communication technologies.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon successful completion of the course the student shall be able to:
- understand basic aspects of private legal regulation of ICT
- analyze and solve particular problems related to private legal jurisdiction on the internet
- analyze and solve particular problems related to privacy protection online
- analyze and solve particular problems related to the ISP liability
- analyze and solve particular problems related to intellectual property on-line
