- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is to get acquainted with the legal regulation of questions of international civil procedure, in particular with the legal regulation of international jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of judgments and legal aid.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end the course students should be able: to understand concepts of international procedural law (jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement, legal aid); to understand legal regulation of these issue existing at the EU level (Brussels Ibis Regulation, Brussels IIbis Regulation and others); to apply this regulation on simple cases.
