- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is to get acquainted with the legal regulation of questions of international civil procedure, in particular with the legal regulation of international jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of judgments and legal aid. Students also will get acquainted with the legal regulation of questions of private international law in the area of family and succession law.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end the course students should be able: to understand concepts of international procedural law (jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement, legal aid); to understand legal regulation of these issue existing at the EU level; to understand legal regulation of family and succession relations with an international element in EU regulations; to apply legal regulation on simple cases.
