Course objectives (in Czech)
Cílem předmětu je porozumění povahy úpravy dopravy a přepravy s porozuměním společných problémů a zvláštností jednotlivých druhů dopravy - silniční, železniční, říční, námořní, letecká. Kurs je koncipován jako průřezový, probírají se typové problémy společné všem druhům dopravy. Minimální rozsah kursu neumožňuje probírat podrobnosti jednotlivých druhů dopravy.
Learning outcomes
The graduate will be capable to find particular legal provisions concerning transport and delivery law for the solution of specified problem. This competence requires understanding national, global, pan-European and EU level of law, consider terms of providers and measures.

  • /3/ road, movements, crew, drivers, vehicle-vessel-aircraft
  • /4/ transportation as contract
  • /5/ delays, failures, accidents, liability and insurance,
  • /6/ maintenance, transportation business, state aid, taxation, environmental issues.
