- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explein the basic problems and methods of classical mechanics and molecular physic including description of the motion and dynamics of particles using laws of motion; evaluate acquired knowledge with respect to the scientific approach to their utilization; understand and utilize basic principles of hydrostatics and hydrodynamics in living or non-living systéms; understand structure of solids, understand the practical applications of thermodynamics, as well as, their importance for studying fundamentals properties of living systéms; understand the differences between living and non-living matter with respect to physics.

- The basic condition for giving credit is the test covering the problematics of mechanics and melucular physics. It includes ussually 20 questions, assessed by 20 points. For sucessful pasing is necessary to ontain 10 points.
