Course objectives

The student successfully complete of the State rigorous exam.

Syllabus

The exam consists of a practical part, where the student fully examines the patient, writes a medical record, which includes a diagnostic assessment with a proposal to schedule further diagnostic and therapeutic procedure. In the theoretical part draws the student one question. The test takes the form of a dialogue between the student and the members of the Commission. The issue is dealt with comprehensively, including Anatomy, Physiology, and pathophysiology of the concerned issues, are analyzed biochemical and other laboratory tests, and on the basis of a proposal from the diagnostic and therapeutic options for various pathologies. The socio-economic relationships are discussed and the impact on the patient and the health care system. It is also the emphasis on empathetic relation to the sick man. Upon successful completion of the State rigorous examinations from internal medicine, the student is able to investigate the patient with internal diseases, determine the working diagnosis with diagnostic-therapeutic procedure.
