Course objectives
The subject is familiar with the communication skills of managers, with its assumptions and constraints, the management of structural changes in organizations, the most common mistakes managers and how to avoid them. Special emphasis is placed on management quality improvement programs in healthcare institutions as a management process. Implementation of the management of continuous improvement in health care quality in the light of current research findings and improve the performance of healthcare organizations. How to create a culture of safety, which is an important direction of modern medical efforts and thinking in which management plays a crucial and irreplaceable role. How to effectively lead a team to achieve the best results, create an organizational culture, creation and implementation of strategic management.
