Course objectives
Improving the piano playing: mixed and the general harmony; chromatical modulations, transpositions. Creation of stylized accompaniment to songs. Playing the voice exercises with the use of chromatic modulation. Playing the short piano pieces and orients himself/herself in their construction.
Learning outcomes
Student:
- has adopted various stylizations and is able to use them in the accompaniment of folk and artificial songs;
- can play short piano pieces and orients himself/herself in their construction;
- can accompanied the voice exercises by piano play with the use of chromatic modulation.
Syllabus
  • Playing instrument – the piano: - playing vocal exercises (5 types) up-scale, chromatic modulations in all keys, accompaniment - Tonic key–the fifth - in the left hand. - The basics of improvisation: accompaniments to 10 songs of the 3rd grade and 15 songs of the 4th grade A/ mixed and the general harmony B/ modulations, transpositions C/ stylized accompaniment. - Playing 1 composition of his/her own choice and the technical skill of the student.
