Course objectives
Student has deeper knowledge of conceptions and methods of work in the area of education and support of person with mental disorder. Knows how to apply his/her knowledge while educating students with complexed and combined handicap in basic school and other facilities.
Syllabus
  • Psychopeadia, diagnostics, moderate, severe and profound mental retardation, education and upbringing of persons with moderate, severe and profound mental retardation, system of schools, special educational centres, special metodology, alternative forms of communication, pre-professional and professional work with peope with mental impairment, legislation, social services, charity and non-state organizations. Metodology of teaching.
