- Course objectives
- Present themes concerning the community of francophone countries. The selected themes should stimulate students to thinking and expressing their own opinions by a clear and structured way. At the end of this course, students should be able: to comprehend articles and reports on contemporary issues in French-speaking countries; to interpret these texts in both oral and written forms.
- Syllabus
- Selected texts and documents, newspapers articles. Developing the four competencies - reading and listening, speaking and writing. Articles are selected so as to develop a discussion of the topic.

- Workshop Ending: credit. Requirements for ending: meet the workshop requirements and the active participation (70%). Written argumentation. Oral argumentation.
