- At the end of the course students should be able to:
Explain the concept of the curricula
Give examples of each type of curricula
Characterize the NPE
Incorporate the Environmental Education into existing curricula
Characterize crosscutting theme Environmental Education
Explain the difference between Ecology and Environmental
Explain basic ecological concepts (population, community, ecosystem)
Characterize global environmental problems
Explain how to dispose of different types of waste

- The Form of teaching: mass-frontal, mass- individual work
Methods of teaching: Lecture, work with literature. - Assessment methods
- Assessments methods: written test, oral debate. Fulfilling requirements: basic orientation in environmental issues - verification of knowledge through a test and oral debate. It is nescessary to obtain at least 70 % from test. Students who obtain 60-69 % must pass an oral debate. If they obtain 59% or less, the must repeate the test.
