Students will teach minimum 3 lessons in any language class.Students have to teach in the schools in the Czech Republic. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- Students are expected to teach minimum 3 lessons in any language class(es). They will keep a record of their teaching, teaching journals with lesson plans and reflection and they will observe and give feedback to their peer/colleague and they will be observed and given the feedback by their colleague/peer (they can use video recording for that).
Course objectives:
to provide students with an opportunity to try out teaching techniques
to allow students to approach the real teaching situation
to provide students with an opportunity to have their teaching evaluated and constructively criticized
to help students develop their teaching styles
to encourage reflection and self-evaluation
to give constructive feedback on somebody else´s teaching - Learning outcomes
- Students will be able to
demonstrate their knowledge of the school environment and their knowledge of the Czech system of language education;
try out teaching in small groups of learners under the supervision of a mentor teacher;
teach three lessons independently;
analyse their lessons and suggest changes;
reflect on their teaching performance/experience in their reflective journal. - Syllabus
