- Course objectives
- Practice is connected with subject "Pedagogical and Psychological diagnostics in pre-school teacher's work" and "Weakening of partial functions and prevention of deficits in pre-school age". After completing these subject, students will be able to diagnose child's partial functions, and it's possible struggles, and to prepare plan of support for it's development.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing this subject, student will be able to:
- identify strengths and weaknesses of the selected child;
- describe diagnostic process and selected methods;
- design and implement program of intervention for selected child;
- evaluate the effectiveness of the diagnostic process and planned actions;
- reflect student's own diagnostic competences. - Syllabus
- Practice is planned within 2 hours per week, but the student can plan it in blocks. At the beginning of the practice, in cooperation with the teacher, the student identifies the child with difficulty. He/she then diagnoses the child and then proposes an intervention program. The student will evaluate the effectiveness of the diagnostic process and the intervention program (including the reflection of his(hers) diagnostic competencies).
