Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able teach mathematics in the primary school. Student will understand the methods and forms in mathematical education, natural numbers, basic operation. At the end of the course students should be able to teach mathematics at the primary school. Student will understand the methods and forms in mathematical education, natural numbers, numerals, basic operation. Problematic of teaching methods, provide the students knoweledge and skills for mathematical teaching. Framework educational programm. Creative abilities in the education process.

Syllabus
  • Didactics of mathematics, destination of teaching mathematics at the primary school. Education programms. Teacher training for teaching learning disabled individuals. Formation of concepts, their definitions and their properties. Teacher of mathematics. Communication in mathematics. Natural numbers, fractions, decimals. Basic operatoins. Natural numbers, basic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, division whit remainder. Mathematics textbooks. Problematic of teaching methods which support the development of creative thinking of the student in mahematics. Applications. Problem solving.
