Course objectives
The course is focused on the participants of the teaching process (pupil, teacher, interaction, space, organization of work in the classroom) and choice of didactic material.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student should be able to: define basic didactic concepts (pupil, teacher, interaction, motivation, needs, types of documents, choice of documents, etc.) and apply the knowledge in practice.

Teaching methods
Seminar, discussion, presentation, homeworks. Connecting theoretical knowledge with practice, using the activation method, gaining experience with specific teaching situations. Students of combined study are required to attend at least half of the consultations.
Assessment methods
The output of the course is the elaboration of a teaching plan and teaching unit. Students prepare a long-term foreign language teaching plan for a specific class of the selected school for one year and one detailed lesson plan and its reflection after implementation. Students hand in the project at the end of the semester in printed or electronic form. Feedback is provided orally during the final expert discussion of the project.
