- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is to acquire theoretical knowledge of motoric activities as an essential part of a healthy lifestyle and of the theory implications in practice. The knowledge comprises of theory of the physical education, theory of the motoric loading, health-oriented fitness, motoric learning and movement activities appropriate for both healthy and health-impaired population.

- The most well-known systems of physical education in the history Development of sports and motoric activities Basic terms in sports and motoric activities Health-oriented conception of motoric activities The aims of the motoric activities and its conception New conception of the teacher's directorial involvement Safety of the environment Motoric learning and factors influencing its process Voluntary social learning within motoric activities Building of an exercise unit Motoric load and health-oriented fitness Metabolic aspects of motoric activities Didactic methodology and forms of motoric activities Non-traditional motoric activities Motoric activities of health-impaired people Preparation of a teacher regarding organisation and management of motoric activities
