Course objectives
Course Grammar 1B deals with English grammar at intermediate level. The main objective is to summarize and develop the students' knowledge of particular grammar points (see the Outline of the course below).
Students are expected to work on the corresponding units of English Grammar in Use - Third edition(by R. Murphy) on their own so that in classes the topics can be summarised and particular grammar points practised.
At the end of the course the students should be able to: distinguish differences between grammar structures, form complex sentences, give examples of their own, become competent users of the language.
