Course objectives
At the end of the course students be able to: prepare and survey plant material; use the microscope; make to native and pernament biological preparation;use filed guide to animals and plants; collect and preserve biological material.

  • 1. Use of the microscope, its maintenance.
  • 2. Preparation of biological materials.
  • 3. Production of native and pernament biolocical preparations.
  • 4. Vital dyeing of preparations.
  • 5. Collection and preserve of biological material.
  • 6. Herbarium - foundation, servicing.
  • 7. Filed guide.
  • 8. Animal breeding.
  • 9. Photography.
