- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to understand the basic features of Russian childrens literature; to learn the relations of Russian folklore and childrens literature; to learn the history of Russian childrens literature to understand the relations between childrens literature, art and music and to read the main representatives of Russian childrens literature.

- The syllabus of the childrens literature 1. The periodization of Russian childrens literature from the Middle Ages to the beginning of the 21st century 2. The evolution of Russian childrens literature in the first half of the 19th century (A. Pushkin, M. Lermontov, V. Odoevsky, P. Ershov, V. Gogol) 3. The evolution of Russian childrens literature in the latter half of the 19th century (I. Turgenev, N. Nekrasov, F. Dostoevsky, L. N. Tolstoi, N. Leskov, V. Garshin, V. Korolenko) 4. Childrens poet K. Chukovsky 5. Childerns author S. Marshak. 6. Childerns author A. Gaidar 7. Childerns short stories by N. Nosov, novel by Sasha Sokolov

- Oral colloquium in Russian, its obligatory part is reading (at least 3 books) and writing a paper: 9000 signs, a list of the used literature, a Russian abstract.

General note: Pokud se přihlásí méně než 10 studentů, výuka se nebude konat. Studenti mohou chodit do odpovídajících předmětů katedry ruského jazyka a literatury.
