Course objectives
The objective of the course is to simulate management system of the trading enterprise, resp. service enterprise on grounds of the acquired knowledge from the previous courses constituting the base of the study field. With the other words the objective of the course is to draft a project of the new established enterprise - its partial functions, which content is the rules definition of the “virtual enterprise” functioning. The other objective is to try team work and implementation of managerial functions – leadership, organizing, control... within it. Project is – with respect to the complexity- elaborated by teams. After passing this course student should: - understand the content and importance of the process management and process management and process structure cohesion with organization units structure - understand the cohesion of the economic, resp. financial management with the whole enterprise functioning as well as with its linkages with the environment - know the content of the primary and secondary enterprise functions - be able to apply theoretical knowledge to management system of the projected enterprise - have some experience with the system simulation - be able to understand the positives and negatives of the team work.

Teaching methods
The course proceeds in the form of lectures and tutorials completed by the active students participation in presentation of the team project and discussion on the problems concerning the project.The main pat of the project elaboration is done as the homework.
Assessment methods
The study is based partly on direct education – lectures and tutorials with the main contents of presentations and consultations of elaborated project and partly on individual team work extra tutorials which concerns project elaboration. The project of new enterprise (new established, new branch office or new subsidiary company of existing enterprise) is elaborated by a team of minimum four maximum sic students. Project is worked up during the semester and two presentations and consultations must be passed within the course which show the level of project processing and enable shortages, problems and controversies solving. The course is closed as a colloquium in an oral form as the defense of the project and theoretical knowledge as the base of the course.
