At the end of the course the participants should be able to ubderstand the basic principles of the theory and practice of English language learning and teaching
They should be work with the basic competences of an English teacher and be able to adjust their approaches to individual types of learners.

Teaching methods
Seminars with discussions in pairs, groups and whole class,reading as self-study.
Assessment methods
Final test containing 10 multiple choice tasks. 7 (70%) must be correct to get the credits.
Portfolio as a preparation for future teaching practice.
