- - determine more species of cyanobacteria, algae and fungi (in comparison with Bi2BP_BHNL) representatives of the Czech Republic
- sample cyanobacteria, algae and fungi
- conserve these organisms
- use advanced knowledge of these organisms
- work with determinative literature
- known organisms suitable for teaching in elementary school - Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to:
- determine more species of cyanobacteria, algae and fungi (in comparison with Bi2BP_BHNL) representatives of the Czech Republic
- sample cyanobacteria, algae and fungi
- conserve these organisms
- use advanced knowledge of these organisms
- work with determinative literature

- 1. Introduction, literature, sample cyanobacteria, algae and fungi,conserve these organisms, work with determinative literature, make to permanent biological preparation.
- 2. Cyaonobacteria: demonstration of ecologically important species,main determination characteristics, occurrence and importance. Organisms suitable for elementary school.
- 3. Algae: demonstration of ecologically important species, main determination characteristics, occurrence and importance. Specias suitable for elementary school.
