- Course objectives
- The student will know the problematics of the speech therapy; of the communication process and the speech development. The student will learn more about the etiology, symptomatolgy, classification, diagnostic and therapeutical process of the communication disabilities.

- The student will learn more about the etiology, symptomatolgy, classification, diagnostic and therapeutical process of the communication disabilities.
- Syllabus
- Conception, classification, symptomatology, diagnostics and therapy of various forms of communication disorder. Possibilities of education of children and pupils with impaired communication skills, legislation. Counseling system - activity of counseling facilities, legislation. Special pedagogical diagnostics of speech therapy - methods and procedures, interdisciplinary cooperation.

- consultation, homework, class discussion, the course is supplemented of the examples of work with software and materials for the stimulation of the communication ability

- 70% compulsory attendance; final written test (contains it is necessary to successfully cope with 75 % correct answers); oral exam, reflexion of semestral paper
