- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquaint students with specifics of pedagogical communication and to develop their ability to reflect specific pedagogical situations in relation to the qualities / qualities of pedagogical communication as well as in relation to individual actors of pedagogical communication.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student will be able to: • characterize different communication styles, identify effective and ineffective communication; • analyze your communication skills and create a plan for developing your communication skills; • understand and explain the ways in which the teacher communicates with the children; • interpret the teacher's interactions with children; • reflect the quality of one's own communication skills.
- Syllabus
- The internship takes place over three days in a selected faculty kindergarten under the guidance of an accompanying teacher who is trained in mentoring skills. The teacher accompanies the student and purposefully builds his professional thinking through reflection. The internship is complemented by reflective seminars, which are carried out in blocks twice a semester with the participation of a teacher and a psychologist from among university teachers.
