- Course objectives
- At the end of the course student should be able to: understand and explain the system of preprimary education in Czech kindergartens, compare information about Czech preprimary education to student’s own country; write the observation paper; interpret approach of communication between teacher and child.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course student should be able to: understand and explain the system of preprimary education in Czech kindergartens; use information from observation and connect it with theory to get top view in theory of child, theory of enviornment, work of teacher; write the observation paper; interpret approach of communication between teacher and child.
- Syllabus
- Practical observation of the work of kindergarten’s teacher (communication with children, prepared environment, and organization of the educational activities) and the class life (rules, norms, traditions, rituals).
