Course objectives
At the end of the course, students should be able to:

create the text of the thesis that is ready for submission (upon the approval of the supervisor);

KSCA699 Master's thesis seminar II is offered every semester. Students planning to finish their master's thesis register in the course.
Learning outcomes
Completion of thesis or a substantial part of it (upon the supervisor's approval).
Syllabus
  • The course does not have a syllabus (individual consultations). However, the department provides an indicative timeline for the student's own reference:
  • Week 4—submission of the chapter on literature review (based on the annotated bibliography).
  • Week 6—submission of the chapter on methodology.
  • Week 8—submission of the chapter of analysis.
  • Week 10—submission of completed draft to supervisor.

Individual consultations.
Assessment methods
The condition of the evaluation is satisfactory progress in the student's writing of the master's thesis. The exact requirements of the course are specified by the supervisor according to the topic and schedule of the student's thesis project.
Deadline for submitting the thesis: 30 April for the June term; 25 June for the September term; 15 December for the February term.
