Course objectives
This is an introduction into the reading of the inscriptions written in various Greek dialects, including the Hellenistic Koine, and the Ancient Greek literary texts.

Assessment methods
Type of tuition: seminars. Discussed phenomena are demonstrated on passages from ancient Greek texts (both inscriptional and literary). Course completion requirement: submission of a paper on the characteristic features of individual Greek dialectal groups.
