Course objectives
The aim of this course is to lead students to deeper self-knowledge which is fundametal for work with other people. It relates to clinical-psychological courses (Clinical psychology I., Clinical psychology II., Psychotherapy) and is directed at practical aspects of psychological and psychotherapeutic work. Students are trained in exploring of external world, observing of their own behaviour and in discovering of internal experiencing.
Syllabus
  • The course is topically divided in two main parts: The first part aims to theoretical basis and maps different approaches. In the next, significantly extensive part, student apply themselfs to actual self-knowledge: they focus on sensation of external world, on their own social relationships, behaviour, communication, physical aspect, emotions and information processing. During each lecture students trying to do some experiments and then discusses the topic.
