The skills a teacher needs in the classroom to help learners develop their language systems (vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, functions) and language skills ((listening, speaking, reading, writing), including appropriate procedures, techniques and activities to facilitate the development of the various skills and sub-skills.
2. The various sub-skills and strategies learners need help in developing in order to improve their overall competence in the language skills and systems.
3. How to plan a lesson with clear, appropriate aims and learning outcomes for language skills and systems, appropriate to the level and needs of the learners.
