- Course objectives
- The course introduces the basic aspects and types of supervising. The process of supervision will be discussed as a method of counselling for experts working in pedagogic and educational institutions. In this case, supervision is aimed at reflection of pedagogic expert acts and their system. The second part of the course will be devoted to supervising as a process which increases the effectiveness of assistant pedagogic staff work (especially methods of effective problem solving in situations pedagogic assistants often face). At the end of the course, supervision will be shown as a concept helping to identify and describe factors that influence communication between assisting pedagogic staff and public.
