- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to describe the ethnogenesis of Slavic nations. They should be able to analyze ethnic issues and ethnic conflicts (the Balkans).
- Syllabus
- Ethnogenesis of Western Slavs (Czechs, Polish, Sorbs, Polabians).
- Ethnogenesis of Eastern Slavs (Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians).
- Ethnogenesis of Southern Slavs (Slovenes, Croatians, Serbs,
- Macedonians, Montenegrins).
- Ethnographic regionalisation and differentiation.
