Course objectives
Students will achieve knowledge of basements of andragogy and of principles of adults learning generally. They will understand learning program development in adult education and the cycle from training needs analysis to effectiveness evaluation. Students will be able to plan a learning project and use acquired knowledge and competences. Students will have the opportunity to discuss with other students and lecturers at seminars.
Syllabus
  • 1. Didactics of adult education – disciplinary framework, characteristics, basic concepts.
  • 2. Basic factors of the didactic process: educator, participants and basic instruments of the didactic process: principles, methods, forms.
  • 3. Construction of the educational program and its individual phases: analysis of educational needs, planning, realization, evaluation.
