- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce students to this segment of culture - book market - and show them how art and professional literature become a commodity - an economic good - which, however, retains its specifics.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- describe the current situation and structure of the Czech book market in a historical context
- Describe and analyze the process of book creation, financing, marketing and distribution
- describe the current form of operation of the publishing house operation practically and use the acquired knowledge in practice - Syllabus
