Course objectives
The aim of the course is to teach students to prepare, conduct, evaluate qualitative research with an emphasis on in-depth interviews and present research findings to the team.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the learner will: - be able to plan qualitative research in the context of the design process - will be able to conduct research (interviewing the respondent, leading a research focus group, etc.), - know the basics of evaluating and documenting qualitative research, especially in the context of atomic research and continous discovery - know the tools for research and analysis of qualitative data in UX research (Dovetail, Lookback, etc.)
