- Course objectives
- At the end of the course the student will be able to:
- to understand and explain the principles of scientific communication in the field of animal physiology and immunology
- use relevant scientific information to prepare seminar and final thesis - create presentation about his/her own work and defend it from a professional audience
- present reasonable and rational decision based on his/her own work
- interpret and discuss the results of his/her own work - Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course the student will be able to:

- The programm of the seminar differs each semester. Presentations of undergraduate or postgraduate students represent the majority of the program, about 30 % is covered by invited speakers from other departments or institutions.

- Respective literature is assigned in the course of the seminar.

- Teaching methods
- Individual presentations of bachelor or diploma theses of individual students presented once a year as well as active participation of invated speakers from other departments and institutions.
- Assessment methods
- Regular weekly seminars. Individual presentations of bachelor and diploma theses as well as active participation and presence on at least 80 % of seminars.
