- Significance of trace analysis for practice. Microanalysis and ultramicroanalysis. Laboratory for trace analysis, chemical vessels and reagents. The sample, its homogeneity and storing. Decomposition of the sample. Separation of trace and matrix elements. Blank and its importance in trace analysis. Trace analysis of organic compounds. Local analysis of the surface.
