Před vykonáním zkoušky z tohoto předmětu je pro studenty učitelství nutné úspěšně absolvovat M5520 a M6520. Pro studenty bakalářského studia aplikované matematiky - geografie je předpokladem současné zapsání předmětu M1411.

Course objectives
Descriptive statistics. Probability space, independent events, conditional probability. Random variables, their distribution and characteristics. Law of large numbers, central limit theorem. Normal and derived distributions. Statistical inference. Normal random samples. Point and interval estimations, hypotheses testing.
