Teoretická a praktická aplikace paleontologických metod při studiu kvartérních sedimentů - palynologická studia sedimentů a studia osteologických zbytků velkých pleistocenních savců nalezených na sídlištích paleolitických lidí. Interakce člověka a jeho životního prostředí v minulosti.
