Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain geological history of the Central Europe.
Syllabus
  • Stratigraphy of Paleozoic rocks in Barrandian and Moravian-Silesian region. Mesozoic and Tertiary of flysch West Carpathians, Tertiary of the Vienna Basin and Carpathian Foredeep, Mesozoic and Tertiary of the platform cover, dinosaurs
