Course objectives
CB080 is the exercise connected to the course CB070. Student will be trained in processing of synchrotron diffraction data and work with PDB, and he/she will understand basic principles of work with CCP4 and a map of electron density too.

  • R-factors, Least-square-method
  • Programs SHELXS and SHELXL, CNS and CCP4.
  • Refinement of protein structures, electron density maps
