- Course objectives
- CB080 is the exercise connected to the course CB070. The aim of the subject is to teach students to perform three basic steps of protein diffraction crystallography: to process synchrotron diffraction data (= data reduction), to solve the phase problem and to perform refinement of the model.
- Learning outcomes
- CB080 is the exercise connected to the course CB070. Student will be trained in processing of synchrotron diffraction data and work with PDB, and he/she will understand basic principles of work with CCP4 and a map of electron density too.
